RCYD series self-cleaning permanent iron separator

Series RCYD self-cleaning permanent iron separator is composed of iron separator and iron-discharging device. The iron-discharging device is made up of frame, cyclonical-pin gear speed reducer (hereinafter referred to as gear motor), driving and driven roller, supporting roller, belt pulley (chain wheel), triangle zone (chain) and discharging belt that fixed with scraper.It was made up of high remanence and high coercivity rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB material.which ensure the iron separator can be work in the harsh environment. RCYD Series Suspension magnetic separator is made up of high performance permanent magnetic core, discarded iron belt, deceleration motor, frame, drum and other parts.High intensity magnetic ensured that the magnetism can not be affected by environmental temperature and mechanical vibration.The surface of magnetic materials is electroplated and treated with strict anti-corrosion during assembly
