Product Description

Introduction:

It is applicable to iron removal on magnetic ore conveyor belts such as raw ore, sintered ore, pelletized ore and lump ore. The THK magnetic ore iron removal system relies on its unique magnetic circuit design to separate the selected materials multiple times, thereby attracting ferromagnetic impurities from the magnetic ore materials in the way that carries the least amount of ore, achieving the purpose of protecting the subsequent crushing equipment.

1.The magnetic circuit is designed through computer simulation. The magnetic field design is unique, with a large magnetic penetration depth and a strong magnetic field.
2. When used in conjunction with metal detectors, it forms an automatic iron detection and removal system, ensuring no iron leakage.
3. Intermittent excitation, low energy consumption, stable and reliable performance.
4. The selection area adopts multi-stage repeated magnetic separation to ensure that the amount of ore carried during iron removal is small.
5. It features automatic iron unloading, simple maintenance, a drum with a waist drum-shaped structure and an automatic deviation correction function. It is equipped with a specially designed fully sealed bearing housing, which is suitable for environments with a lot of dust on site and can achieve long-term trouble-free operation.
6. The product has good compatibility and complete functions, featuring both manual and centralized control capabilities, and can meet the usage requirements of various occasions.
