Permanent magnetic head roller

Permanent magnetic head roller is a stationary permanent magnet, comprised of standard Ferrite and Rare Earth NdFeB Magnets enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel drum shell. Permanent magnetic roller is widely used as head pulleys in belt conveyors for continuous automatic removal of damaging tramp iron from a variety of materials. Permanent magnetic roller work with conveyor systems, Widely used in purification and concentration of Ores, Chemicals and Granular Products.

How to work:

Permanent magnetic head roller is installed your existing conveyor system,when the product stream burden mixed in ferrous metal material passed over the magnetic head roller,ferrous metal is attracted to the magnetic head roller and remain on the belt until the belt moves away from the roller. non ferrous material is unaffected and falls into the cleaned material flow.
