Magnetic bar is the main part of different magnetic grate separators. They can effectively remove iron contamination and metal particles from materials.

Features:

--Standard round rod has a diameter of 25 mm(1 inch). As required, it can reach the maximum length of 2500 mm. Magnetic tube or other different shape and dimension are also available.
-- 304 or 316L stainless steel are available for pipeline material which can be fine polished and meet the standard of food or pharmacy industry.
-- Standard working temperature is ≤80ºC, and maximum working temperature can reach 350ºC as required.
-- Various kinds of ends like nail head, thread hole, double screw bolt are also available.
--Different kinds of magnet like ferrum magnet or other rare earth magnets are available to meet every customer's requirement. The maximum magnetic strength of 25 mm (1 inch) diameter can reach 13,000 GS (1.3T).
--Unique and optimum design of magnetic circuit makes the high-gradient magnetic 
  strength, and with the good effect of separation
--Can be used to separate the strong magnetism iron impurity and leak magnetism 
  iron impurity such as iron rust, iron scrap and other tiny magnetic impurity 
--Full catching and strong snap capability available, which can efficiently 
  reduce the times of iron-separation and lower labor working intensity 
--The key parts use the NdFeB rare earth permanent magnetic material made by the 
  updated techniques, having the solid structure and stable performance for long life usage 
-- No energy-consumption during operation, low operation cost, easy and

 --The standard type can accomodate to the working temperature ≤80°C, we can 
  also provide the high-temperature type accomodates to the temperature  environment as high as 200°C
