RCDF electromagnetic oil-cooled self-discharging iron remover is an iron removal mechanism which is composed of a driving motor, a drum, and an iron removal tape with a scraper on the basis of the RCDE electromagnetic oil-cooled suspension iron remover. It has the advantages of large magnetic force, fast heat dissipation, dust proof, rain proof, corrosion resistance, continuous work and low maintenance cost. Since its advent, it has won the praise of the majority of users with the characteristics of easy operation, low failure rate and small maintenance.
It is used for removing iron from any material on the conveyor belt of crushers and conveyors, and can be applied to various harsh environments.
Note: Please refer to RCDC air-cooled self-discharging electromagnetic iron remover for installation method. The tilt Angle should be indicated when ordering for inclined installation.

Note:All the models have T1,T2,T3 design whose magnetic intensity is higher than standard .The magnetic 90mt,120mt and 150mt separately.Discard iron belt can be equipped with armor.
