The liquid pipeline magnetic separator, also known as the magnetic fluid magnetic separator or magnetic fluid filter, is applied to different viscous fluid materials such as fluids and semi-fluids to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles, keeping the materials clean while also protecting downstream production equipment

Features:

1.To adapt to various usage conditions, we have developed a variety of different types of fluid magnetic separators.
2. The magnetic force selection range is the same as that of the magnetic rack. The standard type (N style) can reach 15,000 GS, and the easy-to-clean type (E style) can reach 10,000 GS.
3. The standard operating temperature is ≤80℃. Under special requirements, the maximum operating temperature can reach 350℃.
4. By using designs such as flanges, clamps, bolt plates or quick-release clips, magnetic components can be easily installed, removed and cleaned.
5. The pipe materials are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel.
6. Reasonable structural design ensures the best iron removal effect without hindering the flow of materials.
7. Pressure usage requirements or other special requirements can be made according to customer requirements.

 As advanced liquid trap magnets,These easy cleaning in pipeline metal trap magnets are an ideal magnetic traps for removing super fine ferrous contamination from materials of liquid,Semi-liquid lines or air-conveying lines experienced in most cases with no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap ferrous particles. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.
